Plan for tomorrow:

Wanted: college kids!! [ie. Cheap labor +brain]

1. go to cyber café to print out stuff and email jesika about the new morning dew idea.
2. Meet the team: inform the team that there is not going to be cash compensations for their work for now but the profit from the shower is going to them. [pay Daniel and Davis 400KSH for translation on the first two days]

Long term (50 showers per month):

Plan A

Split into 3 teams (assume 5 ppl show up):

1. buy materials (pump [Davis], wooden board, basin, valve)
   1. Davis: pump (1500KSH), valve (250KSH)
   2. Someone good at bargaining: wooden board(80KSH), basin(50KSH)
   3. note: ask them to call us before they buy (in the call, tell us about price, describe the product)
2. build shower head [kali lead; Daniel; 2 more ppls who is good at shaving/fire]
   1. buy drill bits
3. try if the hanging method works – instead of building a structure out of ppe pipes, we can try to use string to hang the curtain up. [Clara lead; Elly; the rest]
   1. Buy curtain (), string(), nails(), hammer (something to screw things in)
   2. Experiment to see if the string holds up

Plan B (if hanging doesn’t work)

Split 2 teams:

1. building structure using ppe pipes
2. buying material (pump, string, metal rod, wooden board, screws for metal holder, metal holder)
